Where do you ship from?
We ship from Hong Kong.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. Requests to change or cancel an order must be made within 12 hours of placing it. Requests after this time cannot be accommodated. You can return your order for a full refund once it is received.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and Paypal.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time during holidays and sale periods. Orders are processed Monday to Friday and typically shipped the next day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, delivery may take 1-2 weeks.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order does not arrive within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged customs or taxes?
Prices on our site are displayed in US Dollars including taxes.
If you’re ordering from outside the United States, additional customs duties or import fees may be charged by your local customs authority upon delivery. These fees are not set by us and are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs processing times may vary, and we are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

What if the item(s) I received is defective/incorrect/damaged?
Contact us immediately if your item is defective, incorrect, or missing. Include your order number, photos of the item, and any relevant details. We will do our best to resolve your case as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. For credit/debit cards, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned item or cancellation request. Contact your bank or credit card company if you haven’t seen the credit posted yet.
